Disney World part I

So this will be one of many posts, mostly pictures. We just got back saturday night from an exhausting vacation. We started out heading down to North Carolina for Sean's best friends new babies blessing. The baby was named Sean after Sean, how sweet. We were there for about 4 days and got to enjoy our friends. We headed to North Carolina beach, which we LOVE, swam in the pool, Jaiden went down her first big water slide with Sean, and just had a great time.

After that we headed 12 more hours down to Orlando, Florida. We stayed at one of the Disney Hotels. They had oversized Disney characters, foutzball, and lots to do. Our first full day we went to Disney Hollywood Studios. There I was able to audition for their American Idol. I made it and got to sing in a show. They only pick 21 people a day, so I felt lucky. I didn't win but I sure LOVED singing on that stage. I think it was the biggest and coolest stage I have even sang on. Then we got to ride our favorite Toy Story ride and enjoy a few shows. Before all this we had our first character breakfast. It was so great. Jaiden was a bit scared and just stared the characters down at first, but by the end of the hour she warmed up to them and we ended up leaving with her waving bye and blowing them kisses. The characters were so great and kept coming up to us trying to really get Jaiden involved in the singing and playing. Jaiden eventually warmed up and couldn't help but go out on the floor and dance to show them all her moves. She loved every song, parade, and any type of music that came on. She would just stop where she was and dance away.

The second day we went to EPCOT. This place is not really much for younger kids, but we made it work. We started the morning out with a Princess Breakfast in Norway. Jaiden just wanted to eat breakfast, so many pictures are with a bagel or grapes in hand. There ALL the female workers got in a big circle, put Sean in the middle, and they sang Happy Birthday to him in Norweigen. It was great!!!

The next day was sunday so we had breakfast, spend the rest of the day walking around our hotel and taking a nap, and then had dinner. Now, I have to get to pictures from Sean's computer from the first 3 days to post, but for now enjoy a few from the rest of the week.
