It's Official

Our little girl is ONE! It is just CrAzY to think that just a year ago she came into our lives. We celebrated Jaiden Fest 2010!!! Here are a few highlights of her BIG DAY!!! 

Here is her first taste of sweets, sugar, cake, etc. She wasn't sure what to do, but after about 10 minutes, she decided she liked the frosting. We made a strawberry cake because with my sweet tooth for chocolate, I don't want to introduce it to her just yet! It might mean trouble!

After her and I slept in the car ride to Ko'Olina, she slept another hour after we got there while Sean waited patiently for us to wake up. It was super cold, but she didn't seem to mind. We just made sure to get her out and warm before her lips turned purple. When we held her like this, she would cross her feet behind her and rest her hands under her chin. So cute!!

As you can see, this suit is a BIT big! Last weekend she stayed with Aunties Johnnie and O'Linda. They went down the street to a garage sale and got her some goodies. I didn't realize what size it was until we put it on her. Oh well! She is still young and not too many people were there. She LOVES the water like no other!!! I love the face she is making, it makes me laugh!

After her first nap she was a little grumpy, so we watched one of her shows. They make her cheer right up. We had so much fun on her special day! Sean got this great picture of her laughing! I love it!

In this picture I was trying take a cute one for her invitations. She wouldn't look up and just wanted to play in the sand. She loves the beach too, probably because there is water there. She doesn't eat the sand, just the shells!
