Meet Esmerelda

This is what Sean and I do after Jaiden goes to bed!

There she was sitting across the lot. Someone stood her up, took a quick glance, and threw her back down in the pile with the others. I told Sean and Jaiden, we must go over there and check her out. As we made our way over, there were plenty others calling out our name. But we had tunnel vision and made it to her at last. I picked her up, spun her around and danced with her a little. Then Sean held her and took a spin with her. We decided she was the one we would bring home. She was the one that would light up our house in remembrance of this blessed holiday season. We loaded her up and brought her home and gave her a comfortable spot and view out the window. We dressed her up real nice, fed her, and she held our Christmas gifts warmly underneath her branches. 

She was a good tree and made our home smell delicious. Thank you Esmerelda for being a part of our family if only for a brief time. You will be missed.
