Let's face it, it gets more difficult to hold it it after you have pushed a baby out. And with each one I do believe I might lose all control. Let's keep up those kegels ladies! Is anyone on board with me or could I somehow be the only one? Or at least one of the few that freely talk about it. Come on. Don't be shy.

I have no problem with almost-peeing, but I've only had one...it may be a completely different story after my second!! haha
Ah... the beauty of a c-section ;) . lol, j/k... I need to start doing mine again too :)
Tiff, I am a fitness instructor for mommies and preggos and the company is all about kegels! Incontinence is super common in mommies (though not a problem for me with this one, who knows with the next). Do those kegels whenever and wherever. It's a muscle just like any other - work it out :)
Oh Goodness Thank you kegels I had a peeing problem before I had kids! YIKES! nice topic btw!
The only problem with whenever and wherever is I'm pretty sure I make a super weird face when I do them. Like I'm super concentrating. (which I am)
I wasn't a believer about the Kegals, but after number 5, this time around I started right away, and have had no problem whatsoever.
