Veteran's Day

This past week Sean had Veteran's day off. I decided on monday night that we needed to get away, so I booked a hotel room at the Hale Koa. Right when Sean got home from work on tuesday, we were already packed up and ready to head into town to get to the hotel. We got there, checked in, and decided to get an upgrade to a ocean view deluxe room. We had a beautiful view and it was a beautiful day. After checking out our room and getting a crib in there for Jady Lady, we decided to head on out to eat at Duke's for dinner. Sean got volunteer of the quarter and got a gift certificate to Duke's, so we thought we would use it. Our server told me I looked familiar and come to find out we went to the same high school. She graduated three years before me, but we were both on the swim team. It's a small world out there.
The next morning we went for a lovely breakfast and then head out to the pool. I have never been in that pool before and neither had Jaiden. SHE LOVED IT!!! Jaiden loves the water and I think when she gets a little older, whenever we leave the pool she will probably cry. We were in there for an hour and she was still going strong! If I had more time, I would take her to the pool everyday. After I graduate I think I am going to take her at least 3 times a week.
After the pool we went to Dave and Busters! We love that place! On our gold card, we have almost 20,000 ticket points! We have never used them before and might not for a very long time. We were thinking that for one of Jaiden' birthdays we could get all her party favors there!!! What else are we gonna use those points for?? lol
It was a wonderful time as a family and much needed. Thank you my love and little lady for the amazing family outing!
